Tink is Founder & President of dotmailer & dotdigital Group PLC (founded in 1999). He has 20 years’ experience in the field of digital communications and has introduced digital marketing to companies large and small. Tink has been pivotal in the development of digital marketing since its outset in both the UK and the US. Serving as a key and influential member of the UK Direct Marketing Association’s Email Marketing Council and also the Internet Advertising Bureau since 2006, Tink has judged the Email, Mobile & Agency categories at the UK DMA’s awards for over half a decade. In 2014 Taylor was elected as Advisory Committee Member of the Board of the US Direct Marketing Association’s Email Experience Council (EEC). He constantly strives to help individual organizations, and the industry as a whole, to develop and progress, acting as a serial tech advisor and investor outside of dotmailer. Tink first launched dotmailer in the US at the back end of 2012 and later took dotmailer to APAC in 2015.
Skip Fidura, Client Services Director, dotmailer - Skip is a data driven marketer with over 20 years' experience on client, agency and supplier side. Prior to joining dotmailer in 2009, he was Email Partner at OgilvyOne London and the European Operations Director for Acxiom Digital. He has worked with clients as diverse as BT to Fred Perry and the Woodland Trust to DHL, helping them to build their email and marketing automation programmes to drive increased customer lifetime value, loyalty and ultimately return on investment. A globally recognised blogger and speaker Skip has just ended his term as the Chairman of the Email Marketing Council and has joined the Board of Directors of the UK Direct Marketing Association.
Michael has been building software and online products for over 12 years. As head of dotmailer’s Product Management Team, he’s always on the lookout for ways to make dotmailer the best email marketing automation tool in the world. He’s also heavily interested in agile development practices, and is a Certified Scrum Product Owner.
With over 10 years' experience in Digital Marketing including spending 3 years architecting and selling a proprietary eCommerce system, and most recently spent 4 years running a successful London based Magento Agency there isn't much about eCommerce Ben doesn't know. Ben is leading dotmailer's dedicated eCommerce team with one goal, delivering the best email marketing solution for online retailers.
Jonny works with Magento Solution Implementers and Technology partners across the UK and USA. Having worked for one of the UKs top Magento SIs as Head of Account Management, Jonny has a great understanding of both sides of the fence; what marketing managers need and what agencies require. Jonny has worked across multiple industries and some notable clients include Paperchase, Cowshed, USN and Rodial.

Marcus has worked in email since 2011 and has a passion for digital marketing. He is a Senior Email Marketing consultant at dotmailer and focuses on helping organisations within the B2C/eCommerce markets improve their digital communications. He specialises in understanding the email marketing requirements of B2C companies and proposing use of the digital solutions dotmailer offers to increase conversions from email and boost ROI. He has worked with a variety of brands; the MET Office, Destinology, Pinewood Studios, PERFORM Group and part of the MOD.
Andrew Gretton has worked for dotmailer for 8 years. In this time he’s been part of the growth story that made dotmailer into a leading marketing automation provider. As a development lead, he’s responsible for creating and delivering features, and scaling the core platform.
After co-founding dotmailer 18 years ago, Simon has overseen the company and helped it grow from nothing to one of the leading Email Marketing companies in the UK, which is now expanding internationally. He is passionate about technology; not for technology’s sake, but how it really benefits people.

Justin has over 7 years’ experience helping ecommerce brands optimize their digital marketing. He has helped devise and implement full testing and automation strategies to increase conversions of emails and relevancy of emails for numerous customers throughout his career. He has worked with brands such as BP, Hunter, Nationwide Building Society and EDF Energy.
Chris is a University of Bath graduate with a degree in International Management & Spanish. He has strong experience in email marketing and revenue analysis, both in the UK and in Spain.

Paul is responsible for the design and delivery of our integrated products, including dotMailer for Dynamics and dotMailer for Salesforce. He has specialised in integrating with CRM systems for over 20 years. As a member of the dotMailer Product Management Team, he is responsible for our Product Roadmap.
