dotmailer is proud to be a fully paid-up Living Wage Employer

In November 2016, dotmailer cemented its commitment to becoming a voluntary Living Wage Employer.

dotmailer is delighted to be among 3,000 leading employers in the UK – including Nationwide and SSE – who’ve signed up to the initiative.

The company achieved the accreditation in December, meaning that every member of staff based in the UK earns the Living Wage. What’s more, we’ve also made the pledge to work with regular suppliers who also adopt the same values.

Our HR Director, David Aldrich, committing to the London Living Wage.

The Living Wage is an hourly rate set independently and updated annually, based on the cost of living in the UK. In London it’s currently £9.75 per hour, and the UK Living Wage for outside of London is currently £8.45 per hour (applicable to all employees over the age of 18).

The Living Wage is higher than the National Minimum Wage, which is £7.20 per hour for all employees over the age of 25, right across the UK.

Of course, there are also plenty of other great reasons to be a part of the dotfamily! The team enjoys free lunches twice a month (and tasty snacks all day, every day), performance bonuses, summer and Christmas parties, and ongoing opportunities to grow within the company.
